Our clients have repeatedly affirmed our commitment to privacy and discretion. When we visit a luxury hotel, we carefully avoid interactions with staff and other guests that cause conflict. The staff, guests, and other patrons are unaware of our business at the hotel. Nothing we do indicates that we expect special treatment. We do this to preserve the integrity of the hotel with its guests and maintain a public image of positive tranquility. We are pleased to present our six-fold commitment to privacy and discretion, which we uphold to protect your business and reputation while we help you achieve the next level of excellence.

  • We will never publish online reviews. Our business exists to serve you, our valued clients, with privileged and occasionally confidential information. As guests of your hotel, airline, or restaurant, we remain under an agreement to protect your reputation. All of our insights are shared confidentially and none of our information is shared online.
  • We hold your information in trust. None of the information we collect is ever shared with competitors. Our insights on the guest experience are designed to help you succeed at delivering the high level of service to which you aspire. We will never share documentation, photographs, or any information related to our Travel Experience Advisory consultation without your permission even as we license you to share our observations at your own discretion.
  • We are discreet. Using time-tested techniques, we ensure that your establishment is thoroughly vetted.
  • We are positive Our unique assessment model is designed around a simple concept: Give hospitality professionals a chance to succeed and excel. When we encounter a problem, we carefully document it for the client while remaining focused on achieving a positive outcome with the establishment's staff. The goal of our advisory services is to identify strengths and weaknesses, demonstrate kindness and understanding with all the staff, and highlight opportunities to move beyond a 4.6 and achieve 4.8 and 4.9 with guests.
  • We protect your customers We will never photograph other customers in the hotel or restaurant or on the airplane. Because the customers must never know we are assessing the business, we will never ask for permission to photograph customers, either specifically or as part of a general photograph.
  • We deliver lasting value Our multi-criteria assessment identifies specific opportunities, targets, and timelines, in consultation with your staff. You can track your own progress or request a follow-up visit from us.
This means that we cannot provide examples of our past work with our global clients. With most clients, we agree to a complete confidentiality agreement, meaning that we will not offer references or the names of the hotels or restaurants we have visited or the airlines we have traveled. We do this to protect our clients' reputation, safeguard our industry-leading evaluation methods, and ensure that only our clients benefit from the investment made in our services. We are unable to provide references across brands without specific commitments from the potential client and past clients, wherein we always respect the wishes of past clients.
